Listen Together

Kidventure Episode

In this episode, Todd is joined by Rex, Lincoln, and Brooklyn for a magical journey to the Land of Qook-a-lackas, where their friend Queniel the Qook-a-lacka is having a frustrating day. Every time Queniel builds a tower, little sibling Quib comes zooming through and knocks it down. Together, the kids help Queniel learn what’s really going on (spoiler: Quib might just want to play), and then come up with an imaginative, kid-powered plan: a Build Zone, a Crash Zone, and a Together Zone, each with its own rules, timers, and yes, a special crash tower just for Quib. Along the way, they talk honestly about what it feels like to have a younger sibling, including the joy, the frustration, and the moments when you just want your LEGO build to survive the afternoon. This episode helps kids develop empathy, communication skills, and creative problem-solving, while reminding them that little sibs aren’t always trying to cause chaos; sometimes they’re still learning. Perfect for kids ages 2-11 and for listening together as a family.

Guest Star Qook-a-lacka

Daniel Reichard is the guest star, playing the role of Queniel the Qook-a-lacka. Daniel is best known for his acclaimed performance as Rock n’ Roll Hall of Famer Bob Gaudio in the Original Broadway Cast of the Tony-winning musical, JERSEY BOYS, and is featured on the show’s multi-platinum, Grammy-winning album. His signature style and talent paved the way to starring roles in New York City and beyond, including his portrayals of Candide in Leonard Bernstein’s CANDIDE at Lincoln Center’s New York City Opera, pop artist Keith Haring in the Public Theater’s production of RADIANT BABY, Man in THE THING ABOUT MEN (cast album), Emmet in Jim Henson’s EMMET OTTER’S JUGBAND CHRISTMAS, and multiple characters in the world-famous musical revue, FORBIDDEN BROADWAY.

Over the past decade, Reichard has toured the world with his fellow JERSEY BOYS co-stars as a founding member of the vocal group, The Midtown Men. Together, The Midtown Men have performed over 1,000 concerts and have recorded two albums and two television specials for public television.
