• Ask children: “What are feelings?” They should name as many feelings/emotions as they can. (Consider: Hopeful, Excited, Loving, Proud, Caring, Determined, Satisfied, Relieved, Surprised, Let Down, Frustrated, Lonely, Embarrassed, Bored, Annoyed, Guilty, Grossed Out, Confused…)
  • Have everyone repeat the names of the feelings that their classmates share.
  • As a class, come up with a motion to go with each feeling.
